Returns
Due to the perishable nature of the products, at this time, we are unable to offer returns of any kind.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@mypinnaclevitality.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and determine the proper corrective action(s).
Refunds
Refunds will be evaluated and determined on a case by case basis.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds on sale items or gift cards. Gift cards will not be considered approved payment methods in the case of refunds.
We will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original and approved payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
